The Kaluga Radio Tube Plant (JSC Voskhod) in Kaluga was hit overnight.

According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukrainian forces struck targets in six Russian regions and the Black Sea overnight. Two Russian defense plants were targeted in the Tula and Voronezh regions, and oil facilities were hit in the Krasnodar region.

Strikes also hit facilities used for drone attacks in the Kaluga and Oryol regions, and Russian troops were targeted directly in the Bryansk region. An additional target was struck in the Black Sea.

This is the second time the Pervyi Zavod oil refinery has been attacked, after having previously been struck in March.
