Ukrainian forces reportedly struck the Yelets Energia Plant using UK-supplied Storm Shadows. According to reports, the facility was hit by multiple missiles and produced subcomponents for Iskander, Kinzhal, and Zircon weapons.

At least one person has been killed in a drone attack on Belgorod, according to the publication "Pechat," which reported explosions and a fire in the city center. Reports also indicated a fire in the courtyard of the "Paris" residential complex.

The operational headquarters of the Belgorod region stated that the city was subjected to a massive drone attack, with emergency services dispatched to the scene.

A fire broke out at the Omsky Kauchuk petrochemical plant in Omsk following Ukrainian drone strikes. Local authorities earlier confirmed an attack on the city.

A Russian Su-30SM fighter jet crashed in the Chernyakhovsk district of Russia's Kaliningrad region. Both pilots managed to eject, but sustained injuries and were hospitalized.

The cause of the crash remains unknown.

A VK data center in Novosergievka, near St. Petersburg, was reportedly struck. The facility, which holds approximately 20,000 servers, is located beside the Vostochnaya 330 kV substation, and connectivity loss may be attributed to a power cut.

According to Netblocks, VK social media has been operating at 56% of normal connectivity following the incident.
