At least one person has been killed in a drone attack on Belgorod, according to the publication "Pechat," which reported explosions and a fire in the city center. Reports also indicated a fire in the courtyard of the "Paris" residential complex.

The operational headquarters of the Belgorod region stated that the city was subjected to a massive drone attack, with emergency services dispatched to the scene.

A fire broke out at the Omsky Kauchuk petrochemical plant in Omsk following Ukrainian drone strikes. Local authorities earlier confirmed an attack on the city.

A search and rescue mission is underway in the Black Sea after an incident involving the Comoros-flagged cargo ship Khoryv, reportedly a Russian drone attack, about 13 nautical miles east of Constanta, Romania. According to Romanian authorities, one person is dead and three are missing. The Romanian Naval Authority reported that the incident occurred around 10 a.m. local time.

The Interior Ministry stated that the ship suffered major damage and capsized. Another commercial vessel recovered 10 people, nine alive and one dead, out of a 13-member crew. Data from MarineTraffic shows the ship had departed from Turkey on October 21 heading for Romania's Sulina port, and authorities noted that a helicopter could not be deployed due to weather and low visibility.

According to reports, seven ships have been hit by Russian drones in or near Romanian and Bulgarian waters in the Black Sea this month. The attacks have resulted in 24 deaths and numerous injuries, leading to a significant drop in traffic at Bulgarian ports.
