Clashes occurred between Islamic Regime forces and armed anti-regime militants in Iranshahr, located in Iran's Sistan and Balouchestan Province.

Reports of the armed clashes circulated amidst recent violence in the area, which reportedly included an attack on the Bazman–Iranshahr road on September 21 that killed one officer and wounded three others, and a separate armed raid in Iranshahr on September 25.

Iranian border guards have seized two vessels and detained 50 people in separate operations in waters off Qeshm and Minab. According to Hormozgan's Border Guard Command, the vessels were carrying smuggled fuel and other goods. Authorities have not disclosed the names, flags, or ownership of the vessels, nor the identities and nationalities of those detained.

General Hossein Zarifi, a commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and commander of the "Sajjad Operational Base" in Saravan, was killed during armed clashes with Baluch armed groups in Iran's Baluchistan region.

Videos circulating on social media show an unidentified object in the skies above Tehran, Iran. It is not immediately clear what is being filmed.

Unexplained blast sounds and smoke were reported in the Chitgar area of western Tehran. Smoke was observed rising from the area, though initial reports noted no signs of an active fire or confirmed explosion before several blast sounds were subsequently heard.

The cause of the incident remains unknown, and there is no confirmation of a military strike or established damage.
