US approves sale to UAE of HIMARS GMLRS and ATACMS munitions for $1.2 billion

The US State Department has approved a foreign military sale of 259 GMLRS pods for a total of 1,554 GMLRS rounds and 203 ATACMS missiles. The sale is worth approximately $1.2 billion.
