Ukraine reportedly struck the dam with HIMARS and the water levels in the nearby area has increased. Water from the river flows down to the city of Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine. Destroying the dam to cause flooding may be to cause problems for the Russians in the city.
