Ukraine braces for possible renewed Russian offensive on Kharkiv

Russia shelling Kharkiv with Grad MLRS:

It is being reported that Russia is amassing a large offensive force in Russian territory bordering Ukraine's Kharkiv Oblast and is preparing to move into the region and possibly take the city. Most of Kharkiv Oblast was liberated by September of 2022, and the original invasion of the city was successfully repelled.

This is extremely troubling as Ukraine still lacks much ammo and manpower. The mobilisation bill is not expected to produce results for at least 3 months.

Various units in Kharkiv near the border are reporting increased shelling and small scale recon groups entering the area. Stanislav Osman from the 24th Aidar Battalion states that some of these groups were neutralised:

It's worth noting that this could be diversionary operations as Russia has indeed conducted them before and they could be trying to divert Ukraine's attention away from the more critical areas of the frontline.
