Fire at Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Rostov-on-Don escalates

A massive fire is underway at the oil terminal operated by the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don after a fuel reservoir exploded. The facility was already burning following a Ukrainian drone attack on October 10, but the fire has escalated due to the fuel tank explosion. According to available information, there was no new Ukrainian strike.
