Reportedly, an errant Russian air defense missile attempting to intercept the incoming Ukrainian attack ended up hitting a residential building, leading to casualties.

Overnight, Ukraine appears to have struck the former building of Higher Military Aviation School of Navigators in occupied Lunansk Oblast and areas of Luhansk Airport.

On the 20th May, Ukraine used SCALP-EG cruise missiles to hit the Ministry of Internal Affairs building in occupied Luhansk, Ukraine.
