According to a French military source speaking to Le Monde, France is carrying out undisclosed conventional military responses to Russian hybrid attacks. When asked if Paris could retaliate militarily without public disclosure, the source stated that it is already happening.

France has announced it will transfer Mirage-2000-5 fighter jets to Ukraine and will begin training pilots for them. According to French President Macron, they will be provided "within the year".
