US deploys Patriot batteries to Saudi Arabia and Qatar

According to Axios, the U.S. military sent two additional Patriot missile batteries in recent weeks to protect oil and gas facilities in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The deployment follows a month of targeted attacks on energy infrastructure by Iran-backed Houthi militias against Saudi facilities, including Yanbu, the East-West pipeline, and other Aramco facilities.
