Ukraine begins evening power restrictions following power grid attacks

Ukraine has begun imposing power restrictions from 18:00 to 23:00 each day following large scale attacks against its energy infrastructure.

The energy company Ukrenergo has stated that if consumption does not drop, they will be forced to balance the grid which may involve blackouts in certain areas.
