Russia strikes civilians with cluster munitions in Odesa

Graphic footage and images have emerged after Russia launched ballistic missiles armed with cluster munitions at the city of Odesa in southern Ukraine.

Casualties include the deaths of 4 civilians including a child, a dog, and 32 injuries are reported 25 of which are hospitalized. 1 young girl under 5 years old is in critical condition, and 6 adults are in ICU.
