Explosions and power outages reported in Kyiv following missile launches

According to reports, multiple explosions were heard in Kyiv as 10 Tsirkon/Oniks-M missiles and six Iskander/S-400 missiles were reportedly launched at the city. Power outages were reported in many areas of Kyiv and the surrounding region, with energy infrastructure facilities suspected to be under attack.
