China Coast Guard rams Philippine boat north of Abad Santos Shoal

A China Coast Guard cutter reportedly rammed a Philippine Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources fishing-support boat north of Abad Santos Shoal.

The incident occurred in the Philippines' exclusive economic zone, approximately 100 kilometres from the Philippines and 850 kilometres from the nearest Chinese territory.
