The capacity is Ukraine's alone. This is what the ledger can account for. Where no figure has been published for a producing country, only the plants and producers a source has named are counted, so the real total is higher.

Production by scope

Each country the item is made in, broken down into the producers and plants a source has named. A plant’s figure is part of its country’s, never added to it.

Figures and evidence

Every published figure that stands, with the sentence each one rests on. A figure is never edited: a correction is a new figure, and the old one is kept below.

Ukrainian Armor

  • ≤ 100,000 rounds per year

    stated 28 Dec 2025

    Capacity Reported medium

"Up to", so a ceiling. Stated by Vladyslav Belbas, chief executive of Ukrainian Armor, in an interview for the NV / The Economist project The World Ahead 2026, reported by Defense Express. The company describes this as capacity it has; the same paragraph says it plans to BEGIN producing this item in 2026, so none was being made when this was said. The company says reaching these volumes depends on the state placing confirmed orders and paying in advance. Ukrainian Armor works under a licence from the Czechoslovak Group (CSG), which supplies the propellant, the technical documentation and the quality standards.

United States 2 figures
